Our Commitment
At Numra, every reading is prepared individually by a human reader with full attention and care. Because of the personalised and digital nature of our services, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below. Please read this carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds After Delivery
Once your reading has been delivered to your email address, we are unable to offer a refund. This applies to both the Clarity Report and the Immersion Ritual.
This policy exists because:
- Every reading is created uniquely for you and cannot be reused or resold
- Significant time and care goes into each reading before delivery
- Digital products cannot be “returned” in the way physical products can
We encourage you to review our sample PDF and audio preview on our homepage before purchasing so you understand the format, depth, and style of our readings.
When Refunds Are Issued
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery Your reading was not delivered within 7 days of submitting your intake form and we have not communicated with you about a delay. Please contact us at contact@numra.org before requesting a refund — in most cases we can resolve this quickly.
- Unable to complete your reading In rare cases, the reader may be genuinely unable to interpret your cup — for example if photos are unusable and a second set cannot be obtained. In this case a full refund will be issued promptly.
- Duplicate payment If you were charged more than once for the same order in error, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately upon verification.
What Is Not Grounds for a Refund
Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:
- You disagree with the content or interpretation of your reading
- The reading did not resonate with you personally
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
- You submitted incorrect information on your intake form
Turkish coffee reading is a symbolic and interpretive practice. Results are subjective by nature and vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee that every reading will resonate with every person — and a difference of opinion with the interpretation is not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the circumstances listed above, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address used to purchase
- The date of your purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence of service delivery — including your intake form submission, reading delivery email, and any correspondence — to contest the chargeback.
We always prefer to resolve issues directly and fairly. Please reach out to us before escalating to your bank.
