Delivery Policy

What We Deliver

Numra provides two digital reading experiences, both delivered entirely via email:

The Clarity Report ($29) A personalised 5-page PDF report interpreting the symbols found in your Turkish coffee cup. Written privately and uniquely for you by our Istanbul-based reader.

The Immersion Ritual ($67) A personalised 5-page PDF report plus a guided audio recording (~5 minutes) of your reading. The audio is delivered as an MP3 file attached to your email or via a secure download link.

How Delivery Works

All readings are delivered digitally via email to the address you provide at the time of purchase. There are no physical products, no postal deliveries, and no in-person sessions involved.

After completing your purchase you will be directed to our intake form where you provide the details needed for your reading — your questions, date of birth, and cup photos if applicable. Your reading cannot begin until this form is submitted.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the moment your completed intake form is received — not from the time of payment. In periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. We will always communicate with you if this is the case.

Why We Don’t Rush

Each reading is performed when the reader is in a centred and focused state. We do not process readings in batches or use templates. Your reading is prepared individually, with full attention, when the conditions are right for the clearest interpretation.

This is not a delay — it is the practice.

What Happens If Your Photos Are Unclear

If you have chosen the Direct Symbol method and your cup photos are too dark, blurry, or unclear to read accurately, we will contact you to request a second set rather than deliver an inaccurate reading. This does not affect your delivery timeframe significantly — we aim to resolve this within 24 hours of identifying the issue.

Non-Delivery

If you have not received your reading within 7 days of submitting your intake form and have had no communication from us, please contact us immediately at contact@numra.org. We will investigate and either deliver your reading promptly or issue a full refund.

Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us — our emails occasionally land there.

Digital Delivery Confirmation

Once your reading is delivered, you will receive an email with your PDF and/or audio file attached. We ask that you reply to confirm receipt. This confirmation helps us ensure your reading reached you safely and gives you a direct line to ask any brief follow-up questions.
