Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any services offered by Numra (numra.org). By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. About Our Services

Numra offers personalised Turkish coffee cup readings delivered digitally via PDF report and/or audio recording. Readings are performed by a human reader based in Istanbul with over 20 years of experience in traditional Turkish coffee symbolism.

Important: All readings provided by Numra are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice of any kind. Numra makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading.

2. Eligibility

To purchase our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information when placing your order

3. Placing an Order

When you purchase a reading, you will be asked to complete an intake form providing the details necessary for your reading (such as your name, date of birth, cup photos, and personal questions). Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

By submitting your order, you consent to sharing this personal information with us for the sole purpose of preparing your reading.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Numra does not store your payment details — all transactions are handled entirely by Stripe.

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Times

Readings are delivered digitally via email within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase (typically 24–72 hours). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume or the complexity of your reading.

We do not rush the reading process. Each reading is performed when the reader is in a centred and focused state to ensure the highest quality result.

If your cup photos are unclear or unusable, we reserve the right to contact you for a second set of images rather than delivering an inaccurate reading. In exceptional cases where a reading cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a reading has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Your reading was not delivered within 7 days of your order with no communication from us
• We are genuinely unable to complete your reading due to circumstances on our end
• A duplicate payment was charged in error

Refunds are not issued on the basis of disagreement with the reading’s content or interpretation. Turkish coffee reading is a symbolic and interpretive practice, and results are subjective by nature.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and for personal reflection purposes only. Numra makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of any reading.

You acknowledge that Turkish coffee reading is a spiritual and symbolic practice. You agree not to make significant life decisions — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions — based solely on the content of your reading.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numra and its reader(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any reading content. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content delivered as part of your reading — including PDF reports, audio recordings, and written interpretations — is the intellectual property of Numra. You may use your reading for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish any part of your reading without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your order
• Attempt to obtain a refund fraudulently
• Resell or redistribute your reading without permission
• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in good faith. If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing any formal action.
