To help us respond as quickly as possible, please include the following when reaching out about an existing order:

  • The name and email address used when placing your order
  • The type of reading you purchased (Clarity Report or Immersion Ritual)
  • A brief description of your question or concern

Common Questions

Where is my reading?

Readings are delivered within 24–72 hours depending on the package. If it has been longer than 72 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will look into it right away.

Can I ask follow-up questions after my reading?

Yes — you are welcome to reply to your reading delivery email with brief follow-up questions. We’ll do our best to provide a short clarification where possible.
